Often the VideoGP can provide the advice, reassurance or treatment you need. However, if your symptoms require a physical examination, ongoing monitoring, repeat medication or care that is better provided face-to-face, you may be advised to see your usual NHS GP or another appropriate healthcare service. VideoGP is not intended to replace the full range of care provided by your NHS GP.
