Our Nurse Champions can support you throughout your referral pathway, whether you are accessing care through the NHS, a private medical scheme or a self-pay private healthcare route.
The service can help you understand your referral and healthcare options, prepare for appointments, understand healthcare information and identify appropriate next steps.
The Nurse Support service does not provide diagnosis or treatment and is not an emergency medical service. Its role is to provide independent, unbiased support and guidance to help you navigate your healthcare journey.
