Once recruited, our nurses are subject to ongoing monitoring and quality assurance to ensure they maintain the knowledge, skills and professional standards required to provide high-quality support.
All our Nurse Champions complete an annual appraisal, providing an opportunity to review their professional practice, performance, development and ongoing learning needs.
Our Quality Management System incorporates robust policies and procedures aligned with current NHS best practice. The performance of each Nurse Champion is also monitored and audited.
This includes regular review of relevant documentation to ensure that each Nurse Champion’s professional registration, qualifications, training, knowledge and skills remain current and up to date.
Together, these processes provide ongoing assurance that our Nurse Champions maintain the professional standards required to support clients throughout their healthcare journey.
