There is no limit to the number of times you can access the Nurse Champion service in relation to a referral pathway.

You can contact the Nurse Champion for support and guidance throughout your referral journey, whenever you need assistance navigating the next steps.

*Nurse Champion Service: 09:30 to 17:30 Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
